About Choice Hua Sheng Tuition Centre
Our Principal, Madam Kuang had 30 years of teaching experience. She had joined Hua Cheng Education Center in 2001.
Hua Cheng Bukit Timah was founded by Madam Kuang in 2011. The organisation has since continued to grow, with selected outlets rebranding to Choice Hua Sheng in 2025 as part of its continued commitment to providing quality Chinese tuition in Singapore for students across different learning stages.
Our professionally trained and patient teachers provide high-quality Chinese language education in small classes, from Pre-school to Secondary 4.
We believe in an individualised, heuristic approach to education—focusing not just on delivering knowledge, but on developing students’ critical thinking and intrinsic motivation.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, we set personalised goals for each child, helping them quickly establish a strong foundation in Chinese, improve their grades, and build confidence. Our mission is to inspire a love for learning, ensuring that students not only master Chinese but also gain the skills to continue learning independently.
History
Choice Hua Sheng BT is an extension of Choice Hua Sheng Education Centre (TP), which was established in 2011.

Our Goals
- Help students build a solid foundation in Chinese.

- Cultivate students' interest in Chinese and help them enjoy the learning process.
- Immerse students in traditional Chinese culture and values, and nurture a positive outlook on life.
- Support students (aged 4–16) in previewing, learning, and reviewing school curriculum to improve their overall Chinese abilities and academic performance. Ultimately, we hope students will become confident, self-motivated learners who no longer need tuition.
Our Teachers
All teachers hold at least a Bachelor’s degree, major in relevant fields, and possess rich teaching experience, effective strategies, clear goals, and passion for education.
Operating Hours
Chinese tuition classes are available Tuesday to Sunday across our Tampines, Serangoon, and Bukit Timah centres.
Who We Serve
Students aged 4 to 16 (N2 to S4) who are enrolled in Singapore’s mainstream education system or of a similar age group with the desire to learn Chinese well. All teaching materials and methods strictly follow the Ministry of Education’s (MOE) requirements.
