题目：成功的秘诀

尊敬的评委、老师及同学们：

         大家好！我是来自阳光中学的林瑄，非常荣幸有机会为大家演讲。今天，我演讲的题是《成功的窍门》。

        相信在座各位都曾想过：什么是成功？是考试满分？比赛中夺冠？长大当一名医生、律师，受人尊重？还是在追逐梦想的路上，坚持不懈、为自己的梦想努力拼搏？成功的定义因人而异，但取得成功的窍门大同小异。

       我们能把成功的三大诀窍想象成《哈利·波特》的三大主角：哈利、罗恩和赫敏，三者相辅相成，就能取得成功。

      首先，想成功就要给自己设下明确、清晰、可实现的目标，并努力完成。在座各位，大家是否有这样的体会：如果要做一件事，可是方向模糊，你会不会觉得不知如何动手，茫然无措？这往往是因为我们缺乏清晰、具体的目标。我们不妨想想哈利，从他进入霍格沃茨魔法学校开始，就清楚自己的目标—打败伏地魔，保护身边的人。这种明确的目标，给他前进的动力，让他在关键时刻能够做出果断的决定。同样，我们在生活中也应该为自己设下清晰的目标，例如：“我今天要做完15道练习题”而不是“我今天一定要复习”。有了具体的目标，才能有清晰的方向，踏上成功之路。

      其次，如果你想取得成功，就要坚持不懈地付出努力，这是取得收获的不二法门。在座各位，你们有没有听过“三天打鱼，两天晒网”这个俗语？这讲的就是人们在取得成功的路上没有 恒心，经常中断，不能长期坚持，结果必然一无所获。成功靠的不是有始无终的付出，需要的是 持之以恒，不屈不挠的精神。在《哈利·波特》中，罗恩不像赫敏一样聪明伶俐，也不像哈利一 样备受关注，但他始终没有放弃自己的梦想，也没有放弃希望。面对巨大的压力与危险时，他一 次次选择留下面对，从未逃避。同学们，我们需要学习的就是罗恩这种坚持不懈的精神，即使不 是最耀眼的人，也不因此放弃自己的梦想，当你咬紧牙关，付出努力，为自己拼搏，就算成功的 果实没有那么硕大，你也问心无愧，能为自己骄傲！

      最后，成功必然离不开良好的规划。在座各位，你们是否有过给自己安排了一大堆任务，但结果一件也没完成的经历？这可能不是因为你不够努力，而是缺乏规划。在《哈利·波特》中，赫敏是三个主角中的学霸，虽然看起来轻而易举就能考好成绩，但她也是靠提前规划学习时间，理清步骤，一步步走向优秀的。赫敏会去图书馆查资料，为每个潜在的风险做好准备。我们可以从她身上学到许多良好的学习习惯—规划并安排好自己的时间，为每一次考试做好准备，按照自己的规划努力。目标需要配合行动，懂得运用正确的方法，就一定能更加充分地利用时间，与成功更靠近一步。

       在座各位，我知道大家都在为自己的梦想而努力，想摘下成功的桂冠，实现自己的人生目标。但是，成功的窍门不在机会上，也不在别人身上，而是在我们每天做出的选择中。希望你成 为找到目标的哈利，成为遇到困难不轻易放弃的罗恩，成为抓住成功技巧的赫敏，愿你已经找到 了成功的三个窍门，取得属于自己的成功！
