题目：青少年应有感恩之心

年轻人应该有感恩之心，我同意这个观点。现今社会，很多青少年缺乏感恩之心。不时听到他们抱怨：为什么朋友们可以出国旅游，而我不能？为什么朋友能收到最新款的手机，而我不能？为什么他们比我更幸运，得到更多机会，而我不能？这些想法会令青少年心怀怨恨，生活态度悲观负面，甚至导致许多青少年出现心理健康问题。

“感恩”这两个字耳熟能详，它应该是人生重要品德之一。对我们这些青少年来说，父母辛苦赚钱养家，让我们有温暖的家，我们要懂得感恩；老师每天诲人不倦，甚至牺牲自己的休息时间教导我们，我们要懂得感恩；政府给我们提供源源不断的资源和设施，让我们成长，我们也要懂得感恩。我们现在拥有的一切，都是因为我们身边的人努力托举，所以我们不应该忽视他们的努力，不应该忘恩负义，而应有感恩之心，让感恩之心给我们带来积极影响。

首先，怀有感恩之心会使青少年拥有正确的价值观，克服困难。会感恩是一种良好的人生品德。当我们懂得感恩，我们会更加珍惜生活中拥有的一切，并把注意力集中在这些事情上，这样就不会有负面情绪，会积极乐观地看待生活，自然也会变得更幸福。听说过一个故事。有两个来自贫穷家庭的孩子，第一个孩子一直抱怨自己的家庭，怨恨自己的贫穷，觉得父母不够努力，导致一家人关系冷漠，自己的生活很不开心，把宝贵的时间、精力浪费在抱怨上，长大后，成就也很有限；第二个孩子感恩父母的辛苦，感激父母的付出并积极回报，懂得孝顺父母，一家人和睦亲近，也因此拥有了责任感，自己的人生路越走越宽。由此可见，有感恩之心，我们拥有正确的价值观，会积极面对生活，反而有能力把生活的苦，转化成甜。

其次，拥有感恩之心，会让青少年的人际关系变得良好。当青少年能怀着感恩之心对待周围的每一个人，每一件事，别人对我们付出的每一点爱心、每一分友善，我们都能珍惜，能感恩，能真诚地向别人感谢，对别人的善意行为加以认可，别人自然会友好相对，在我们身边形成一个积极健康的循环，甚至把这份善意传播开，让我们的身边有更多”贵人”，有更多帮助。例如在学校里，若心怀感恩，当同学帮助我们时，我们记得他的好，把善意放在心头。等他遇到困难，我们也投桃报李，释放善意。我相信友谊就是在这礼尚往来、互相帮助中建立起来的。今后无论谁有困难，我们都能伸出援手，朋友会越来越多，生活也会越来越快乐。

最后，我觉得如果青少年都怀有感恩之心，会促使社会变得更加优雅、充满温情、有人情味。作为青少年，有人因摊位前排长龙、天气热、运动场拥挤而抱怨。若我们有感恩之心，会感恩摊位上的食物好吃，感恩可以趁天热享受游泳池池水的清凉，感恩有运动场让大家活动，保持健康。当我们不再怨天尤人，而是将心比心，学会换个角度看问题，这种态度势必影响周围的人。久而久之，新加坡人的微笑会增加，互助会变多。看！一点点的感恩之心虽然看起来微不足道，但当这些善事如涓涓细流，汇聚在一起，正确的理念就会在社会中继续传播，整个社会会因此更有凝聚力。

当然，感恩之心不应该只停留在想一想，或说一说，更应该通过日常行为来表达。例如，感恩父母的付出，就孝顺他们，更懂事点；感恩老师，就专心听课，尊重老师；感恩政府，就努力学习，争取今后回馈社会，为社会做出贡献。希望我们每个青少年都学会心怀感恩之心，让自己、家庭、社会因此更美好！
