题目：这次改变成就了我

上中学的第一年，在全新的环境中，向来内向的我过得很孤单。每天走进校园，我都低着头，快步走过人群，不敢看别人的眼睛。身边的同学三三两两聚在一起，有说有笑。可他们的笑声从我耳边飘过，却跟我没有关系。休息时间，我总是一个人坐在食堂的角落，手里拿着面包，眼睛看着桌面，假装自己很好。其实我心里觉得很难受，像被什么东西压着一样。我不是不想交朋友，而是怕被别人拒绝，怕不被喜欢，所以总是安静地把自己隐藏起来，躲在别人身后。我真希望自己能和别人说更多话，让自己变得更自信。

中二开学那天，班上来了一位新同学。她站在课室前介绍自己时，笑容很甜，站得笔直，眼睛很亮，很有自信。她说：“大家好！我叫张小丽，喜欢唱歌和打羽毛球！很高兴认识大家！”全班同学都为她鼓掌。我坐在最后一排，偷偷抬头看她。她好像能发光一样，眼睛亮亮的，很有自信。我心想：她好勇敢啊，跟我完全不一样。

果然，不到一个星期，小丽就跟很多人成了朋友。下课时，她身边总是围着同学，大家与她有说有笑。而我还是那个安静的影子。我们仿佛是两个不同世界的人，她是光，我是暗。

原本，我以为我和小丽不会有任何关系。但一天休息时，我正一个人坐在食堂的一角，低头吃面包。忽然，一个人坐在我对面。我愣了一下，抬起头，看见一张笑眯眯的脸。是张小丽！她拿着一盘鸡饭，那双亮晶晶的眼睛看着我，歪着头问：“请问，我可以坐在这里吗？”我抬头看了她一眼，点了点头，心里有些紧张，又有点开心。“你怎么总是一个人呀？”她的语气很自然，好像我们早就认识一样。我不知道怎么回答，只好又低下头，看着自己的面包，似乎那里面能开出一朵花。“哎！我跟你聊会天吧！”那一天，小丽跟我讲了很多话，兴奋时还会手舞足蹈。她告诉我她以前的学校、她的家、她喜欢听的歌。我在旁边静静地听着，偶尔点点头，嘴角不知不觉地微微翘起。小丽好像完全不嫌弃我的安静，聊得眉飞色舞。

从那天开始，每到休息时间，小丽都会坐在我旁边和我谈天。有时候，她会突然问我一些问题，就算我回答得结结巴巴，她也总是认真地听，眼睛一直看着我，从来没笑我，不催我。有一天，她放下筷子，看着我，说：“你知道吗？我很喜欢跟你在一起。你虽然话不多，但会专心听别人说话，你让我感到很舒服。”她笑了一下，接着说：“不过，我希望有一天你也能勇敢开口，多跟我分享你的故事哦。”她的声音温柔，眼神里只有善意。我愣住了，手指捏着衣角，心里好像有什么东西被打开了。

慢慢地，我改变了。在小丽的鼓励下，我开始主动和同学打招呼，跟别人说话，从一两句变成几句，从几句到一段。有一次，我还鼓起勇气，参加了全校演讲比赛。

现在，我上中二了，虽然我还是比较安静，但是，我已经彻底变成了一个自信、勇敢、开朗的人。我已经达到了自己的目标，交了更多朋友，习惯了在班上回答老师的问题，敢于伸出触角，主动与其他人接触。

谢谢小丽，她带给我的改变，一定会引导我走向更广阔的世界。
